Gallagher brothers Liam and Noel officially announce the reunion of rock n roll band Oasis.

After a fifteen year wait, the Gallagher brothers are back on tour, marking the continuation of their iconic career in British rock band Oasis.

Oasis met its apparent end in 2009 after a physical altercation broke between the two brothers. Throughout the years, Liam Gallagher has referenced Oasis several times. He eventually forgave his brother, Noel, settling the age-old feud.

The British brothers teased fans on social media with unknown dates and seemingly had a lot of fun doing so. Commotion continued until late August where Oasis officially announced their world tour for next summer on August 27. The announcement date was no coincidence, as the band ultimately ended on the same day, 15 years earlier.

Reviving their live performances, Oasis will begin their tour in July of 2025. So far they’ve announced tour dates in the UK as well as in Ireland with tickets rationing to about $100 per person. As expected, venues quickly sold out and websites crashed creating a mix of rage and excitement for longtime fans.

Only overseas venues are available at the moment but fans continue to speculate the possibility of the band performing in America afterwards. The band has debunked theories on whether or not they’re performing in Glastonbury or any other festivals, but haven’t mentioned anything about an American tour. Regardless of location, the news of Oasis’s reunion and first performance since 2009 filled fans’ electric hearts.
