One lesson from my high school journey that I’ll carry into the next chapter of my life is avoiding being influenced by others’ opinions.
Q: Describe a moment this year where you felt a sense of pride or accomplishment, and what did it mean to you?
One of the moments this year where I felt a strong sense of pride and accomplishment was when I started my pharmacy tech internship. It marked the beginning of applying what I had learned in a real world setting, and it was gratifying to see my hard work and preparation come to completion . This milestone meant a lot to me because it represented a significant step towards achieving my career goals and contributed to my growth and confidence in the field.
Q: Who is a family member or guardian who has been a source of support for you throughout your senior year, and how have they impacted your journey?
My mom and my grandma have been incredible sources of support throughout my senior year. They’ve always been there for me, providing encouragement and never letting me give up, which has significantly impacted my journey.
Q: Thinking back on your time in high school, what’s one tradition or event you’ll miss the most, and why does it hold significance for you?
One of the traditions I will miss the most is Hispanic Heritage Month, because the activities are so much fun and seeing everyone together is so special. I will also miss going to soccer games with my friends,those shared moments and the excitement of the games have been very meaningful to me.
